Scott graduated from Weber State with a Business Economics degree in 1989 and spent the next 20 years living in Texas working with families in Texas and Oklahoma. He returned to Utah in 2010 and still works in various capacities with 30 families of wealth, helping many of them navigate through three generations.

    Joe McGill is co-owner and partner of Topline Business Management, LLC. Topline is a boutique Entertainment Business Management firm located in Los Angeles, CA where it caters to all things entertainment. The firm client roster consist of actors, comedians, directors, writers, producers, recording artists, social influencers and talent management companies.

    Joe spent the first three years after college working for a traditional CPA firm before making the switch over to business management where found his true calling and he spent over a decade honing his skills working for some of the top business management firms before starting his own firm in 2017.

    Joe's role as business manager is something that he takes great pride in. As the"Quarterback/CFO" for his clients, he gets to wear many hats and does everything from bookkeeping & bill pay, budgeting & cash control, income tax planning & preparation, assisting in estate planning, risk management & insurance matters, assisting in procuring of assets and anything else that may come up for a client that is legal in nature.

    Joe received a football scholarship to Weber State. During his time at Weber State he was a member and officer of Beta Alpha Psi. He is a 2003 graduate of Weber State with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in state of California and is a member of the California Society of CPAs.

    Kelly Miles

    A partner with the Ogden law firm of Froerer and Miles, PC for 35 years, Kelly Miles' practice centers on estate planning, trusts and wills, and probate and estate settlement. He is part of the Utah State Bar's Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Tax Sections. He is recognized by Utah Legal Elite, rated by Martindale-Hubbell with an AV Preeminent Peer Rating, and is a Barrister with the Rex E. Lee American Inns of Court.

    His community service includes State Representative, Utah House District 11 from 2017-2022, Founding Board Member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Weber/Davis, Past Chair of the McKay Dee Hospital Board and Ogden Weber Technology College Foundation, and current Honorary Commander of 75th Air Base Wing, Hill Air Force Base.

    Kelly received his BS in Business Management at Weber State College and his joint MBA/JD at the University of Utah College of Law and Graduate School of Business.

His father ran a successful business for 25 years but lacked critical guidance on his transition into retirement. Joseph's passion is to provide the service his father was missing. He strives to help other family-owned businesses make sure they have an adaptable, long-term financial plan, including exit and succession strategies. He also competes in amateur powerlifting and strongman events.

Brent was born, raised, educated, and began his own accounting, law and tax practice in Ogden, Utah, in 1992 but considers himself a "Californian with Utah pioneer roots" as he has lived, provided community service, and worked in the San Francisco Bay area (in the early 1980's and 1990's) as well as lived and worked in the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and Orange County since 2004.
